Creative Writers Opportunities

Dear Writer, Slippery Elm's fifth annual Deanna Tulley Multimedia Contest closes this Friday, Sept. 30 th !  What counts as multimedia, you ask?  Well, it could have pictures.  Or audio, or video, or all of those.  It could be nonlinear or hypertext.  It could be an app-based poem or story.  Surprise us, with something we can put up on our website but could never do in print!  Take a look at past years' winners and finalists here , and see our Submittable page for complete submission guidelines.  $10 per entry; prizes of $300, $200, and $100 will be awarded for First, Second, and Third, and all submissions will be considered for publication.  Send us your best work via Submittable by September 30! STB's 2022 Prize closes in 4 days.     LAST CALL FOR POETRY & PROSE MANUSCRIPTS: SEPTEMBER 30!   STB's 2022 Prizes are accepting submissions until September 30. Just 4 days! We wanted to let folks know one last time in case they are interested in participating.   As a reminder, one manuscript in poetry and one manuscript in prose is awarded $500 and publication. All other manuscripts submitted to the prizes are considered for publication as well.
