  • Ruminate Magazine announces the 2020 VanderMey Nonfiction Prize. The prize is open to all forms of creative nonfiction—personal essay, short memoir, literary journalism, etc.; no geographical restrictions. $20 entry fee includes a complimentary digital copy of Ruminate. First place winner receives a $1,500 cash prize along with publication. Runner-up receives $200 cash prize and publication. Deadline Oct 27, 2019. Final judge to be announced.
