CRWROPPS POST: FIRST PAGES PRIZE
You've heard from me over the past two years to spread the word about an international literary contest, the FIRST PAGES PRIZE, which is open to un-agented writers in English of every nationality for their first 5 pages of a fiction or creative nonfiction manuscript.
Prize packages include cash awards, developmental editing and travel to a prize-giving event in Paris, France.
Please consider sharing this in an email or newsletter to your students or through your social media. Our twitter handle is @firstpagesprize and we use #firstpagesprize as a hashtag. If you'd like this info in PR-release style or the image resized for a particular platform, just ask.
We saw many short-, long- and finalist entries where the writer heard of the prize directly from programs such as yours. Thank you!
All my best,
Lizzie Harwood, director The First Pages Prize, Inc.
