CRWROPPS Post: Levitate

Deadline approaching! Levitate, the literary magazine published by The Chicago High School for the Arts, is open for submissions until February 15, 2020. We are student-edited but our contributors are of all ages, both established and emerging, from all over the world.

We strive to assemble a collection of literature and art designed and written with purpose and demonstrating passion for the work. We are open to unconventional work, while still appreciating the traditional. We are committed to publishing literature and art that is inclusive of diverse identities, perspectives, and crafts. As we near the end of our submissions period, we are especially looking for visual arts submissions.

For issue #4, we are adding a themed dossier on "Connections." Explore this idea in any way you choose: connections between individual people who have close relationships with each other, or between groups of people across national boundaries; connections between humans and the natural world; connections between ideas, historical periods, different arts; connections we haven't thought of.
