CRWROPPS POST: Ploughshares 2020 Emerging Writer's Contest



Hello,

Hope all is well! I wanted to reach out and let you know that the Ploughshares' Emerging Writer's Contest opens soon! It runs March 1 - May 15. 

This year's judges are Kirstin Valdez Quade in Fiction, Esmé Weijun Wang in Nonfiction, and Ilya Kaminsky in Poetry. One winner in each genre will win $2,000, publication in Ploughshares, and a conversation with literary agency Aevitas Creative Management.

SUBJECT LINE: $500 Prize for 2024 Poetry by the Sea Book Award The 2024 Poetry by the Sea Book Award  for outstanding poetry collection of 2023 is now open for submissions.
