Texas Review Press is accepting submissions for their Robert Phillips Poetry Chapbook Prize, which seeks to highlight one book a year that excels in the chapbook format. Submissions are available until March 31st, 2020 at 11:59pm. Entry is $20. The winner receives a $500 advance, a standard royalty contract, and 20 copies of the published book.
