We are thinking in terms of opportunity. What shall we do with this unexpected time we suddenly have to fill? If you're a musician—make music! If you're an artist—create! If you're a poet—well, you know what to do! The folks at the Maria W. Faust Sonnet Contest look forward to finding out how you choose to express yourself during this moment in history. The Maria W. Faust Sonnet Contest is an annual event that welcomes entries from around the world. In brief, $2,000 in prizes are offered, with a $5.00 entry fee for up to 3 sonnets. If you would like to submit more than 3 sonnets, then a separate entry fee will be required. For complete contest information, visit: sonnetcontest.org The deadline for entries is June 1, 2020. Submissions should be made through our on-line process, with payment option by PayPal or check. If this process presents a hardship, instructions for entering by mail will be provided upon request.
