You are invited to contribute to Processing Crisis, a forthcoming multi-genre anthology!
We are calling on writers to explore what it means to be in crisis—the ordinary or extraordinary processes we undergo in order to simply exist in the presence of all that is changing in this world.
We invite you to submit work that explores themes of grief, isolation, sudden change, romantic losses, anxious encounters, ruptures in families, current or historical injustices, etc. We are interested not only in the event of crisis but how it is metabolized. You may take a realist approach, or feel free to interpret this prompt through the lens of the weird, the surreal, or the (darkly) humorous.
We welcome contributions from writers of all genres (poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, hybrid works).
