We're Hiring! Milkweed seeks a Managing Editor to join our team. The Managing Editor will work closely with the Publisher and the editorial team to manage the editorial and production process leading to the publication of some thirty books each year. Specific responsibilities include building and maintaining production schedules for all titles, engaging and managing contract editors at all stages of the process, corresponding with authors, composing descriptive copy, creating and uploading metadata, copyediting, proofreading, and administering poetry contests.
