Limit 8 images may be submitted: Final dimensions 5.5" high x 4" wide up to 5 MB each  Separate file for each entry PDF, JPEG, and TIFF accepted Name and title of artwork in the file name, ex: janedoe_circleoflife.jpg Compensation Cover artwork: $200, plus 4 datebooks. Inside Artwork: $70, plus 2 datebooks. Datebook artists & poets may purchase additional datebooks at the wholesale rate. POETRY Submissions accepted in any style or language (please provide English translation). Limit 4 poems may be submitted: 30-line maximum per poem Poet name, physical address and phone number at the top of each page Separate file for each entry 12 pt single spaced PDF and Word (.doc, .docx, .rtf) accepted Name and title of artwork in the file name, ex: janedoe_circleoflife.doc Compensation Poetry: $70, plus 2 datebooks. Datebook artists & poets may purchase additional datebooks at the wholesale rate. SUBMISSIONS EMAIL to: datebook@syracuseculturalworkers.com with "Women Artists 2024" in the subject line and include the following: Artist/Poet name Mailing address Email Phone number List of each item submitted with title, medium, and year created *Do not send original artwork unless requested.* The submission deadline for the Datebook is January 15, 2023 for the 2024 datebook
