It runs March 1 - May 15.  This year's judges are Kirstin Valdez Quade in Fiction, Esmé Weijun Wang in Nonfiction, and Ilya Kaminsky in Poetry. One winner in each genre will win $2,000, publication in Ploughshares, and a conversation with literary agency Aevitas Creative Management.
